The Organisation ‘TreesyPeasy – the TreeHood Reforestation Project’ aims at giving back to nature by planting trees to Greening Africa for sustainable livelihoods. With its project TreeHood and its local Partner ANPA the organisation should make an important contribution to the ongoing national deforestation and counteracting current worldwide climate change by reducing the greenhouse gas CO2 and its long-term integration into the biomass and at the same time ensuring the long-term preservation of biodiversity in the rainforest of Ghana. The plantings are scientifically monitored, with issues such as growth rates, suitability of tree species, CO2 accumulation and conservation of biodiversity being dealt with. At the same time, TreeHood commits to build a community where knowledge of reforestation is gained and shared to increase the impact of the project.

Daniel founded the NGO TreesyPeasy in 2021. Five years before he spent a month in Ghana where he couldn’t but fall in love with the country and people. Nature was always an important topic for Daniel. With the TreeHood Project he found a way to connect with both more than ever.
Stephen D. Ali studied horticulture at the University for Development Studies, Tamale- Ghana. He is a practitioner of Landscape design and vegetable production. He is the head of the ANPA organization, which already successfully accomplished various projects in the field of agriculture.
Clement is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of ANPA. He is a development practitioner, communication and project management specialist. Clement is a Fellow of 2014 Cohort for Sustainable Agriculture and Products in Developing Countries and 2020 Fellow of Acumen West Africa Leadership Programme. He loves nature.
